We then conduct stakeholder interviews: candid conversations with your team and key partners to uncover what's working and what isn't.
Strategy
I bring your team together through collaborative workshops to define success, align on goals and build a marketing strategy tailored to your business. From there, we map your team's capabilities, identifying strengths and gaps and bringing in external partners where needed. I then design the execution framework: the systems, processes, and structures required for consistent results.
Implementation
I manage the hands-on launch of your new marketing strategy, working directly with your teams and partners to ensure seamless execution. As momentum builds, I track performance, refine our approach, and scale what's working, while building lasting capability within your marketing team for long-term success.
